Whatever you collect on paper today, such as an admission form, an intake form or an initial questionnaire, can become a Vivodepot template. The person fills it in within their depot and brings the details ready.
Eine Vorlage dient einem bestimmten Zweck. Sie nutzt die Angaben, die eine Person in ihrem Depot schon führt, und kann eigene Felder und Hilfetexte mitbringen. A template serves a specific purpose. It uses the details a person already keeps in their depot and may bring fields and help texts of its own. The fields reference the public field register(öffnet in neuem Fenster)(opens in a new window), so an entry can still be found even if the provider changes.

Die Person liest die Vorlage in ihr Depot ein und füllt sie in Ruhe aus. Was sie schon eingetragen hat, muss sie nicht noch einmal eintragen. Sie gibt jede Angabe einzeln frei.
The person reads the template into their depot and fills it in at their own pace. What they have already entered they do not need to enter again. They release each detail one by one.
Bei Ihnen kommen die Angaben als Datei an: als PDF mit Ihrem Namen und den Angaben als eingebettete Datei zum Einlesen, oder in einem offenen Format wie HL7 FHIR oder vCard. An Ihre Software muss dafür nichts angebunden werden.
The details reach you as a file: as a PDF with your name and the details embedded as a file you can import, or in an open format such as HL7 FHIR or vCard. Nothing needs to be connected to your software for this.
Die Anwendung zeigt zu jeder Vorlage, woher sie kommt. Eine Vorlage, deren Signatur nicht stimmt, liest sie nicht ein.
The application shows, for every template, where it comes from. It does not read in a template whose signature does not match.
Für den Inhalt Ihrer Vorlage bleiben Sie verantwortlich. Vivodepot bestätigt, von wem eine Vorlage kommt, nicht, ob ihr Inhalt richtig ist. Das Studio dürfen Sie ohne Entgelt nutzen; die Konditionen der Zertifizierung teilt Vivodepot Ihnen direkt mit.
You remain responsible for the content of your template. Vivodepot confirms who a template comes from, not whether its content is correct. You may use the Studio free of charge; Vivodepot will tell you the terms of certification directly.
Eine geänderte Vorlage erreicht bereits verteilte Dateien nicht von selbst; die Änderung steckt in der nächsten Fassung. Bei Vorlagen mit Rechtstext sagen wir Ihnen rechtzeitig, wann Ihre Kundinnen die neue Fassung brauchen.
An updated template does not reach files already handed out by itself; the change goes into the next version. For templates containing legal text, we let you know in good time when your clients need the new version.
