Building in the Studio

Im Studio(öffnet in neuem Fenster)(opens in a new window) legen Sie die Felder fest oder lesen sie aus einer Tabelle ein. Sie bestimmen, welche vorhandenen Angaben die Vorlage abruft, welche eigenen Felder und Hilfetexte sie mitbringt und wie die Angaben zusammengestellt werden. Die Felder verweisen auf Kennungen im öffentlichen Feldregister(öffnet in neuem Fenster)(opens in a new window).

In the Studio(öffnet in neuem Fenster)(opens in a new window) you define the fields or import them from a spreadsheet. You decide which existing details the template retrieves, which fields and help texts of its own it brings, and how the details are put together. The fields reference identifiers in the public field register(öffnet in neuem Fenster)(opens in a new window).

Signieren im Browser

Signing in the browser

Sie signieren die Vorlage im Studio mit dem privaten Schlüssel Ihrer Einrichtung. Die Signatur entsteht in Ihrem Browser; der Schlüssel wird dafür nicht an Vivodepot übertragen. Das Ergebnis ist eine signierte Vorlage (templateJws), die zusammen mit Ihrem Anbieter-Zertifikat ausgeliefert wird.

You sign the template in the Studio with your organisation’s private key. The signature is created in your browser; the key is not transmitted to Vivodepot for this. The result is a signed template (templateJws), delivered together with your provider certificate.

Checking on import

Beim Einlesen prüft die Anwendung zwei Dinge getrennt, ohne Internetverbindung:

On import, the application checks two things separately, without an internet connection:

1. Ihr Anbieter-Zertifikat gegen den Anker von Vivodepot, bei einer Ausgabestelle zuerst deren Zertifikat. Abgelaufene Zertifikate und solche auf der mitgelieferten Sperrliste lehnt sie ab.
2. Die Signatur der Vorlage gegen den öffentlichen Schlüssel aus genau diesem Zertifikat.

1. Your provider certificate against the Vivodepot anchor, and for an issuing office first that office’s certificate. It rejects expired certificates and those on the revocation list shipped with it.
2. The template’s signature against the public key from exactly that certificate.

Fehlt die Signatur der Vorlage, verwirft die Anwendung nur die Vorlagenstruktur; die übrigen bezeugten Angaben laufen weiter. Liegt eine Signatur vor, stimmt aber nicht, bricht der ganze Import ab. Beides ist so gewollt: Beim bloßen Fehlen geht nichts verloren, bei einer veränderten Datei wird nichts übernommen.

If the template’s signature is missing, the application discards only the template structure; the other attested details carry on. If a signature is present but does not match, the whole import stops. Both are intended: when something is simply missing, nothing is lost; when a file has been altered, nothing is taken over.

Through Vivodepot

Die einzelne Vorlage signieren Sie selbst. Das Anbieter-Zertifikat, das Ihre Einrichtung bezeugt, stellt Vivodepot aus; einen eigenen Zugang, über den Sie es selbst auslösen, gibt es noch nicht. Bevor Vivodepot ein Zertifikat ausstellt, prüfen wir, wer die Einrichtung ist. Den Inhalt der Vorlage bestätigt das Zertifikat nicht.

You sign each template yourself. The provider certificate that attests your organisation is issued by Vivodepot; there is not yet a separate access through which you can trigger it yourself. Before Vivodepot issues a certificate, we check who the organisation is. The certificate does not confirm the content of the template.
